F+W hires Amazon exec to boost e-commerce ops

F+W Media has been one of the more aggressive media companies in its pursuit of e-commerce as a major line of business. It has further organized that segment under a newly created vice president of e-commerce position and hired Lucas Hilbert to fill it. Hilbert, formerly senior product manager for marketing and merchandising at Amazon, will oversee F+W's entire e-commerce division. Original Story
