Publisher exits the CMS business

Developers at the Lawrence (Kan.) Journal-World created a content management system called Ellington for their own needs, and they liked it so much the company got into the business of licensing the CMS to other news organizations. Now, the company has laid off most of that division and is refocusing on its own software needs. Original Story
