TPM app strategy: niche, value-added

Talking Points Memo will launch a native iPhone app version of its Polltracker polling database. There’s no general TPM app — their first foray into appdom is in a niche. TPM Editor and Publisher Josh Marshall says the publishers is currently "app averse" and wants to focus on apps that deliver more than a mobile-optimized website. Original Story
