In 1996, Leslie founded the Laredo Group and has been instrumental in changing the face of the interactive media business and dramatically improving the knowledge and skills of media professionals on how to buy and sell interactive media. Leslie has trained start-ups, Fortune 500 companies, small to large advertising agencies and multi-brand media publishers. Her training has been sought after by C-level executives, vice presidents, sales and account managers, media buyers and traffickers, and CPG brand and marketing managers spanning many industries including automotive, travel, financial and pharmaceutical to educate their teams about how to buy and sell digital media. Leslie’s services have allowed sales organizations to more efficiently meet the needs of their advertisers while maximizing revenues. She has trained agencies to be more effective in delivering online media strategies as well as how to transition their business to provide thought leadership and skills in digital media and marketing. Leslie is often sought after contributor and speaker at many interactive industry events. Leslie has a Bachelors of Science degree from Cornell University and studied International Management at the University of Texas. Leslie also serves as a board member for Breastcancer.org.
